welcome to a period apartment located in the historic quarters of gamla stan. the residence features two beautiful rooms facing österlånggatan, while  the kitchen and an additional room overlook the quieter inner courtyard. the apartment is characterized by several preserved original details that enhance its charm, including panel doors, decorative stucco, herringbone parquet flooring, and beautiful leaded windows that give the rooms a distinctive light and character.

the housing association, brf perseus 8, comprises residences at österlånggatan 14 and baggensgatan 13 in gamla stan. the building was constructed in 1888–89 by developer w eriksson and designed by architect isak gustaf clason.


the association acquired the property in 1994 and is a genuine housing cooperative that owns the land. it consists of a total of 11 tenant-owned apartments and one rental commercial unit of approximately 300 sqm, generating strong annual income of around sek 1.2 million. the finances are stable, and fees have remained unchanged for many years despite major renovations such as pipe replacements and façade refurbishment, along with continuous maintenance.


no major renovations are currently planned in the near future. renovation of the entrance door facing österlånggatan is planned, and within a few years, repainting of the roof may be carried out, followed by window painting at a later stage.
