This estate
is a traditional Mediterranean farmhouse, currently with orange and mandarin
plantations. It is located in the municipality of Castellón de la Plana, with
excellent connections to major urban centers and the Mediterranean Sea.
The
cultivation area has an approximate surface area of 242,300 square meters and
is currently in full production. The entire cultivation area is equipped with a
complete regulated drip irrigation system managed by a centralized system that
controls the different irrigation sectors. The property includes a
shed/transformer that receives high voltage and supplies low voltage for the
needs of the well, the residences, and the facilities.
The irrigation well, with a depth of 177 meters, connects to
a wide and high-pressure aquifer, providing a continuous flow of 3,600 liters
per minute (does not decrease in summer or winter).
The residential and garden area covers an area of 11,500
square meters and includes various buildings, recreational areas, a swimming
pool, and abundant mature trees.
The main house consists of one floor at street level with
several rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, cellar, and garage, as well as
spacious terraces, one of which is covered. On the second floor, there are more
rooms and a bathroom with two terraces facing east and west.
The caretaker′s house also includes several warehouses, cart
areas, and a large oven that, with an age of over 150 years, is still in
perfect use and functioning. Around a large central courtyard, there are
several warehouses and rooms that can be used for various purposes.
There are also two large cisterns with sufficient water
reserves for the consumption of both residences, directly connected to the
well.
The pine forest covers an area of 126,300 square meters and
is somewhat elevated compared to its surroundings, providing magnificent
panoramic views. To the east, the sea can be perfectly seen, and to the
southeast, one can admire the beauty and grandeur of the entire Sierra de
Espadán. Its semicircular shape and northern location protect the entire estate
from cold winds, creating a very beneficial microclimate.
The property has great potential, both in terms of improving
crops through new and more sought-after varieties in the productive area of the
estate and in offering social and recreational activities.
It is an ideal location to establish a residence, make the
most of the fields, and enjoy not only nature and country life but also the
peace and privacy it represents.
