Given its location very close to the border with Argentina, it has a less rainy climate, with high temperatures in the summer, which provides a good balance between a more temperate climate with spectacular vegetation. On commercial flights, it can be reached by plane from the Puerto Montt airport (airfield just 3km from the property) or the Balmaceda airport. By car, it is accessed from Chaitén by road enabled throughout the year that goes directly to the property.

Lago Verde is world famous for its watercolor and fishing. The ranch has a country house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a barbecue area with a toilet, and a landing platform for helicopters. There is a network of trails around the residence and throughout the property.
