in a listed and completely restored modernist building, we find this architectural gem: a trophy asset on enric granados, with 145 m² according to the land registry and 127 m² of living space.
the renovation carefully recovers the original details and incorporates contemporary finishes to offer maximum comfort, keeping the modernist architecture as the main feature. original stained glass windows, plaster cornices, and hydraulic floors coexist with smoked natural oak parquet and custom-made carpentry.
the spacious living room opens onto two generous balconies over enric granados, with space for a small table and chairs. the bioethanol fireplace, framed in macchia vecchia marble, adds warmth and character.
the ernestomeda one kitchen integrates into the day area and stands out with its central island in breccia imperiale stone, a piece with great visual strength.
the night area features three double bedrooms and abundant built-in wardrobes. the first one has an independent bathroom that also serves as a courtesy bathroom. the other two are spacious suites with private bathrooms, custom wardrobes, and beautiful original stained glass windows.
the bathrooms combine white onyx, golden blend, and golden porphyry porcelain with treemme faucets and duravit sensowash toilets. in one of the suites, the shower incorporates rain, waterfall, and chromotherapy effects; in the second, a 10 mm glass screen completes a space with refined lines.
a home where heritage, design, and comfort find their balance on one of the most desired streets in barcelona.
