there are properties that are understood by their square meters, and others that are remembered for how they are lived.
this villa, located in puerto de santiago on the west coast of tenerife, clearly belongs to the latter group . just a few steps from the atlantic and with la gomera silhouetted on the horizon, it enjoys a setting where the light, climate, and landscape are part of everyday life.
built on a plot of approximately 500 m², the house has been designed to maximize its connection with the outdoors. the terraces, heated pool, and garden areas create a natural continuity between the house and the landscape, allowing for enjoyment of puerto de santiago′s climate almost all year round.
inside, the spaces combine spaciousness, comfort, and functionality. the property integrates two independent living areas within a single villa, internally connected, allowing for easy adaptation to different lifestyles: family residence, guest accommodation, or a combination of private use and investment.
the kitchens are fully equipped, all rooms have air conditioning, and the house is equipped with the necessary installations to offer a comfortable experience from day one. its layout also allows for a personalized update or renovation to adapt finishes, distribution, and style to the preferences of the future owner.
one of its great values is precisely this capacity to evolve without losing the essentials: location, privacy, and direct relationship with the ocean.
because here, the real luxury is not only inside the house.
it′s in having breakfast with a view of la gomera.
in spending much of the year outdoors.
in enjoying the pool as the evening falls.
and in watching the sun disappear over the atlantic every day.
a villa designed for those seeking more than just a property in tenerife: a way of living connected to the sea.
