Imagine waking up to this view everyday. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck then maybe an al fresco lunch a bit later, or how about an evening BBQ with family and friends watching the inlet sparkle as the sun goes down. It really doesn't get much better than this.
When the current owners first saw the view they immediately fell in love with the home, and it's easy to see why. The contemporary build features high ceilings and large picture windows that give the home a sense of space and light whilst always paying homage to the incredible view.
A lot of thought has obviously gone into the home's aspect and positioning as well. When you come through the front door it feels like you're leaving the troubles and cares of the world behind you. The home almost seems to cocoon you in its arms before opening out to the expansive view, and yet it's also surprisingly private too. Clever landscaping and judicious planting have resulted in sheltered intimate outdoor spaces and a view that's framed by bush.
The location is spot on. The local pre-school and primary school are less than a five-minute walk away, the bus goes past the front door and you're close to Transmission Gully if you want to head north.
The owners have said if they could pick this house and it's setting up and take it with them then they would. Come and see what they mean. Give me a call now or come along to one of the open homes.
