Elegant Country Villa in the Hills above Pesaro
just fifteen minutes from the centre of pesaro, this elegant late nineteenth-century villa occupies an elevated position with views across the surrounding countryside to the adriatic.
restored between the mid-1970s and 2000, it has been carefully maintained, preserving the scale and character of the original house.
the villa is distinguished by the quality of its spaces. both the house and gardens have been planned with a clear sense of proportion and purpose.
the large kitchen opens onto an exceptional east-facing portico, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun and naturally shaded later in the day. broad lawns extend from the principal reception rooms, while a tree-lined drive with separate entrance and exit gates ensures easy circulation.
inside, the central hall neatly separates the reception rooms from the everyday living areas.
the accommodation includes an entrance hall, reception room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry, a self-contained two-bedroom staff apartment, a principal suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, three further en-suite double bedrooms, and a very spacious first-floor sitting room.
the estate extends to over three hectares with mature gardens, an olive grove, woodland and arable land. a swimming pool with changing rooms is discreetly positioned below the house, alongside a small chapel awaiting restoration, an irrigation well, a large garage and a terrace with commanding views towards pesaro and the sea.
