This lovingly maintained, expansive contemporary colonial home in Rehoboth is now available. The main level of this home features a large, gourmet eat-in kitchen with an island, coffee bar, and plenty of room for a substantial dining table. The kitchen is open to the great room, which has soaring cathedral ceilings and many windows. Both the great room and kitchen feature doors that lead to a very large deck, which overlooks a professionally designed backyard. The first floor also features a large formal dining room and a primary bedroom suite complete with a fireplace and a fully renovated bathroom with custom shower. The park-like backyard has been excavated, leveled, and expansive hardscaping and patios have recently been installed. The upper level includes three additional bedrooms with an additional second floor bedroom suite with its own full bath. The finished walk-out lower level - which has a bathroom with shower - provides additional living space that could possibly become an in-law or au pair suite or apartment. The property also includes a Generac generator, central air conditioning, electric car chargers, and a reverse osmosis filtration system.
