part of the sol residence development in borhanci, the house brings together contemporary architecture, interiors designed by tada form and the high-performance standards of passive house premium. natural materials, custom-made furniture and a minimalist aesthetic give the interiors a cohesive, carefully considered identity.
at the heart of the house is the 70.13 sqm living area, where the lounge, dining space and kitchen open onto the terrace and private garden. the 184 sqm of usable space includes three bedrooms, a home office and three bathrooms, with a layout that maintains a clear balance between shared and private areas.
the heat pump and heat recovery ventilation system maintain a constant indoor temperature while providing a continuous supply of filtered air, with considerably reduced energy consumption. smart home technology, infrastructure for photovoltaic panels, an electric vehicle charging station and two parking spaces further enhance the home’s forward-thinking character.
borhanci is one of cluj-napoca’s most rapidly developing residential areas, offering quick access to the city centre and close proximity to the future borhanci education hub. the prestigious transylvania college is only 10 minutes from the house, while cluj-napoca international airport can be reached in 15 minutes. in this setting, the property stands out through a combination still rarely encountered on the local market: contemporary architecture, signature interior design and technical standards conceived with the future in mind.
