Fourth Lake is the largest of the connected Fulton Chain of Lakes located in the west Central area of the Adirondack Park in upstate New York. Easily reachable by State Highway 28 and only 1 hour from the New York State Thruway, nature awaits for lots of fun and activities: climbing, water sports on the motorboating lakes, hiking, biking and just enjoying the fresh air.
Two almost identical ranch style cottages sit on 75′ of open frontage on Fourth Lake of the Fulton Chain of Lakes. Each cottage is 800 sq. ft including 3 bedrooms, a great room and bathroom with shower and a full covered porch. Situated on the north shore, there are great views and a southern exposure for warm sunny days of activities. There is seasonal access on Teowana Road off of Route 28. This would make a perfect multi family compound or a twin rental situation. Both have nice, 9′ X 20′ covered front porches for sitting or having an outdoor meal. There is a shared septic and well and a slip and dock for sharing as well. A barn behind them is 20 X 22 and needs attention. Some of the nice features include a wood burning fireplace in the each, built in bureaus in the bedrooms, new laminate flooring in one and carpet in the other. One has a shingle roof, the other is metal. Both have oil fired hot air heaters for cool evenings and mornings.
