an extraordinary restoration and strengthening programme has been undertaken with a clear commitment to preserving the home's architectural integrity and long-term future. original masonry has been carefully deconstructed and reinstated where possible, heritage detailing has been preserved, and specialist craftspeople worked alongside architects and engineers to retain the character and authenticity of this important home while incorporating extensive structural improvements.
its merivale position completes the picture, with leading schools, merivale village, hagley park and the central city all within easy reach. few properties offer this combination of scale, history, flexibility and location.
