the 4r ranch is one of the most incredible legacy ranches in north texas, offering breathtaking views overlooking the legendary red river valley. located just 90 minutes north of both dallas and fort worth, and less than 10 miles northwest of muenster, the property is ideally suited as either a weekend retreat or a full-time residence.

the northern portion of the ranch features three picturesque valleys with dramatic topography, mature timber, and magnificent hilltop views. the southern 25 percent of the property transitions into gently rolling pasture well suited for livestock operations. numerous seasonal creeks and draws traverse the land, including over 1.6 miles of frontage along both sides of camp creek. several ponds and stock tanks are scattered throughout the property, providing water for wildlife and livestock alike.

with its diverse terrain, abundant water, and established improvements, the ranch provides endless opportunities to entertain family and friends while  enjoying the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of north texas.

over 1.6 miles of camp creek traverse the property, accompanied by seasonal creeks, draws, and numerous ponds and stock tanks. the creek bottoms, productive grass pastures, and wooded areas provide excellent habitat and cover for native wildlife.

the ranch lies within the renowned cross timbers region and features a mixture of mature hardwood timber, including scattered pecan trees. soils across the ranch consist primarily of sandy loam and clayey soils, which have proven ideal for vineyard production. currently, more than three acres of vines are established on the property.

well-maintained gravel roads provide convenient access to the homes and winery facilities from multiple directions, with the primary entrance located along county road 477 through a gated entry. numerous ranch trails extend throughout the property, allowing access to most areas of the ranch.

the property also features a professionally designed mountain bike trail system, which has hosted multiple races and outdoor recreation events.

soils throughout the property consist primarily of sandy loam and clay, supporting both productive pastureland and the established vineyard.
