Villa with swimming pool near the park of Selinunte
a few kilometers from the archaeological park of selinunte, considered the largest archaeological park in europe, and from the wonderful beaches that surround the south-western coast of sicily in today′s province of trapani, stands the splendid villa dating back to the mid-1800s. it is accessed from an avenue surrounded by olive groves that crosses the suggestive countryside that surrounds the property. the villa was renovated in 2005, and is made up of two houses: the main house and the guest house.the manor house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor we find an open space environment in which the three bright and spacious living rooms follow one another. one of the halls has been raised to create a high volume which can be used as a study, a bathroom and a bedroom. on the ground floor there is the dining room followed by the built-in kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom on the ground floor. a self-supporting wooden staircase leads to the upper floor from the central hall where we find three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. the windows offer a splendid view of the sicilian countryside from which you can see the casa degli ospiti.
the guest house overlooks the swimming pool. upon entering we find a large living room with raised kitchen, two bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. the property is enriched by a splendid swimming pool, a tennis court, and a patio with outdoor kitchen and barbeque area and a garden full of olive trees.there is a photovoltaic system.
