On a private plot of 5,517.59 m², elevated above the landscape of Los Llanos de Aridane and open toward the Atlantic and Cumbre Vieja, a property difficult to reproduce is developed: six independent homes, mature gardens, over a hundred palm trees, subtropical vegetation, terraces, restful corners, and two pool areas.
Since 2017, its owners have gradually transformed the estate, creating spaces with their own identity, balance, and a very direct relationship with the landscape. Volcanic stone, wood, natural light, large glass windows, and a relaxed architecture connect the different units with a way of living deeply tied to La Palma.
Five homes are part of the main building, and a sixth occupies an independent position within the estate. Each one retains its own character, allowing privacy, autonomy, and different forms of relationship with the gardens, the ocean, and the mountain.
Currently, part of the property operates under the concept of Aloha La Palma Boutique Resort and has authorization for vacation rental. The operation can be proposed through the transfer of the owning company, offering the buyer the opportunity to continue the existing activity, always in accordance with applicable regulations and authorizations.
This makes Aloha La Palma an exceptional private residence and, at the same time, a particularly interesting opportunity to develop or continue a boutique hotel, retreat, wellness concept, or small-scale hospitality project.
Some places already possess their own identity. The next chapter consists of knowing how to take it further.
