single-family house built in 2008, located on a 2,550 m² plot, comprising a main house of 690 m² and an independent auxiliary house of 70 m², equipped with a fireplace and a toilet. in the basement, with 150 m² built, there are the garage, storage room, facilities room, and an additional room with a bathtub. the ground floor, with 270 m², has a large double-height hall with skylight and numerous built-in closets, wide staircase, living-dining room with fireplace, and an office. the large kitchen has an office area connected to the living room, a laundry and ironing room—all rooms have direct access to the garden—, pantry, a living room with a cinema installation and integrated screen, as well as a guest toilet. the first floor, with 280 m² built, houses four suite-type bedrooms, all with ample built-in closets and external bathrooms. the 70 m² auxiliary house consists of a room with a fireplace and a toilet. plans with measurements of the different floors are attached. the construction was carried out with reinforced concrete foundation and a mixed structure with concrete slabs and metal pillars. the ventilated façade and the double thickness of the perimeter walls provide high thermal insulation. the exterior floors are executed on a reinforced concrete slab with a finish in national granite, while  the façade is covered in white limestone and the roof finished in natural slate. inside, the ground floor has large format travertine marble floors, and the first floor has solid elondo wood flooring. the exterior carpentry is of anodized aluminum with thermal break and incorporates motorized security shutters on the ground floor. the house has intrusion detectors in all rooms, an alarm connected to a 24-hour central station, and a double-leaf armored entrance door. it has natural gas and underfloor heating with water, as well as air conditioning through heat/cold pumps in all rooms, including the kitchen. water supply is carried out through a saline purification system at the connection. it has two water accumulator tanks, one powered by gas and the other by solar panels, which allows for significant energy savings and avoids gas consumption for hot water during the summer. the installation is sized for the simultaneous use of all showers. the pool is lined with mosaic tiles, with a roman staircase, saline purifier, heat/cold pump for water heating, winter cover, and summer thermal cover. the property is located on one of the main streets of the las lomas urbanization, with quick and direct access to the m-50, and very close to public, private, and international schools, supermarkets, shopping centers, and the david lloyd gym.
