comfortable and charming mountain bungalow to come home to. nice southern facing, gentle sloping, fenced yard that is accessed from ryan lane where the detached garage and workshop are located. great yard for a dog with a new fence. lower level has a separate entrance and secondary bedroom (non conforming because of lack of closet.) the secondary bedroom is large and has nice light but there are no photos.
house has a nice sized living room with a small area for a bistro table for meals. xfinity is the internet provider. xcel provides electricity. nestled between evergreen and morrison, idledale is a convenient little sleeper town. this property is 2 minutes from lair o ′ the bear open space, which is a great place to hike along lower bear creek. red rocks amphitheater is a few minutes away towards the east. work in golden this is an easy and quiet commute.
