The estate is located in the municipality of Constantina, approximately 90 kilometers from the capital of Seville, within the Natural Park of Sierra Norte.
Currently, the olive farm is rainfed, although the property has infrastructure for its conversion to irrigation, including a reservoir. It also has subsidies from the CAP, for organic farming, and for being in the mountains.

The running water in the house, which has a water softener, comes from a spring located on the estate. The furniture is optional, and the general state of conservation is good.
