Loft in the arts district
Unusual curated loft in Porto´s arts district.
The result of years in the making, this piece of interior design manifest, is now available, for the first time, in the city house market.
A previous art gallery reconverted in a unique, open space concept living, with meticulous and well thought attention to detail.
It offers total privacy with a classy urban approach attitude. The loft itself has roughly 215 square meters of interior area and around 20 sqm of outdoor space.
The interior designers that created this project, have recreated a moody ambience with the use of accent and indirect lightning, grey hues and tailored industrial pieces.

Being a unique property, only a visit can convey and make you feel all the serenity inherent in it.
Located in one of Porto′s most interesting neighborhoods, with excellent access and close to all kinds of services and shops. We were also able to experience downtown Porto and the concept of integration into the city environment.
