Rocas de Crozier is a unique property comprising two houses and a caretaker′s residence, situated on a 7.8-hectare estate near Tunquén beach. Water for domestic use and irrigation is supplied by a 60-meter-deep well capable of delivering 10,000 liters per day. Part of this water is processed through a reverse osmosis plant, which can produce 3,200 liters of potable water daily. Access to the property is via a dirt road, with secure entry monitored and controlled by OCF Punta de Gallo personnel, who register all vehicles and visitors entering the area.
