Forest farm located on the first mountain front, in a closed valley with an average river height of 1,500 meters above sea level, in Parral, seventh region, Chile. With an area of 2,615 hectares, different types of soils, all with exclusively native agricultural and forestry potential, also have sectors destined to reserves of hydrographic basins, high peaks, streams, and slopes of aggressive topography. In general terms, it has an approximate area of 70% coverage of native forests composed of various endemic species such as Roble maulino, Coigue, Olivillo, Mañio, Avellano, Arrayán, and in higher altitude areas, there is an important presence of Cipres de Cordillera, in addition to various species of bushes. On the other hand, the property has several watercourses, such as Río Cieneguillas, lagoons (one of them with about 40 hectares), estuaries, with permanent flows of considerable quantity.
Due to its location, it presents a great tourist and conservation potential since the property presents a fairly diverse amount of flora and fauna thanks to the sector′s null intervention of the area, largely thanks to its strategic position with only one access to its north side.
