The property called Quinta da Cruz represents a rustic land with 205,800 square meters. The plot faces south and west with a wide view of the Atlantic and a steep slope. It is bounded to the north by a water channel and to the south by road 247. It comprises extensive vegetation and various species of trees, including fruit trees and a building, visible from the road, designated as an agricultural dependency. As the land is located within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, only the following projects can be developed:
a) Nature tourism projects, under the terms of the applicable legislation;
b) Hotel establishments, excluding motels, two and three stars boarding houses and condo-hotels, as long as they are not exclusively used for tourism;
c) Public camping sites;
d) Catering and beverage establishments.
The land is located 15 minutes away from Guincho beach, 10 minutes away from Grande beach, 25 minutes away from Cascais and 40 minutes away from Lisbon airport.
