set above the ionian coastline on the island of zakynthos, aristi is a contemporary retreat designed around openness, light, and uninterrupted sea views. positioned on a hillside with a south-western orientation, the villa looks directly across the water, where　 the horizon shifts from bright blue mornings to long sunset evenings over the ionian sea.

the residence extends across 365 sqm on a 4,171 sqm plot and combines clean architectural lines with natural materials drawn from the island landscape. stone surfaces, pale timber, and soft earth-toned furnishings balance the strong geometry of the house, while　 wide expanses of glass allow the surrounding sea and sky to remain constantly present throughout the interiors.

the main villa is arranged over two levels, with the principal living spaces positioned to maximise natural light and the panoramic outlook. the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge open directly onto expansive terraces and the infinity pool, creating a continuous connection between indoor and outdoor living. a fireplace anchors the main sitting area, while　 floor-to-ceiling sliding doors frame uninterrupted views across the coastline.
