Exclusive beachfront house in a highly sought-after gated community of Costa Verde, one of the most famous coastlines in Brazil. Designed by Antônio Garcia Leite, the project sought out to provide every room with a view of the sea, with wide and open spaces surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow for plenty of light and ventilation. The house is encircled by a stone wall that separates it from the two private beaches. The living area comprises a main living room with a double ceiling and a fireplace, a dining room, a TV room, and a games room with a pool table, as well as several verandas all around. In the sleeping area there are seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet, a whirlpool bath and a balcony. The guest wing can be accessed through a ramp and has a lounge area that leads to the guest bedrooms. In addition, there is a kitchen with a breakfast table, a pantry and a laundry room in the outdoor area. By the garden there is an infinity edge swimming pool, a gourmet area, a steam room and a bathroom, as well as a surfboard rack and a small pier. The house also has 40 solar panels, gas and electric water heaters, a 80 kVA generator, a 10-car garage, and access to a waterfall that is located between two properties. The caretaker′s house is in a completely separate structure, comprising a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The gated community has a 24-hour security team, a plane runway, a helipad, a hotel, a marina, and a tennis court.
